Nunggalan Beach, a new found magic beach

I decided to write separate post for this beach as felt really special about it. It was recommended by a friend when i stated my frustration about beaches in Bali. it either turns to become five star hotel, or massive construction is on going. I long to explore secret and isolated beaches where i can take a nap, peacefully read my book, or just simply doing nothing.

Then i found this gem. Nunggalan beach. It is located just before Nyang Nyang Beach . It is a bit hard to reach the beach as i had to track down for about 30 minutes. But i won`t give up on 60 degrees slopping and slippery path for the sake of finding my peaceful moment. It was cloudy and gloomy day. Sun seems loath to shine, baby rain played with me but you know what, i cared no more. As soon as i reached the beach, barefeet stepped on the sands, touched the cold water with my hands, i felt content already.

I took my sarong out, unpacked snacks and water,opened the page of Ajahm Brahm book and started to read it until i finally fallen asleep. I didn`t know how long i slept. But i noticed that the tide was higher than before. a perfect timing to have some dips.  I took off my clothes and let the extremely cold water touch my skin. I found my heart singing for what the beauty offered me. For some times, i played with the wave, sometimes it drifted me, sometimes it was just let me float. i felt cold no more.
i went home with a very big smile for my lovely adventure.
